FAQ

The basics,
up front.

No fine print, no schedule traps. If something's not here, ask. The form's right above.

Do you take insurance?

+
No. Fontana is cash-pay on purpose. It buys the time (55 minutes for new patients, 25 or 50 for returning) and the autonomy to treat what's actually going on. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.

What does a first visit cost?

+
Pricing is handled in the booking flow so it's transparent and current. New patient visit is 55 minutes ($205). Returning visits are 25 minutes ($115) or 50 minutes ($180) depending on what the case needs. We don't sell packages or memberships.

How many visits will I need?

+
Most patients see significant change in three to six visits. We're trying to graduate you, not retain you. If your case isn't progressing by visit four, we'll re-screen and adjust, or refer.

Do I always see Dr. Mike?

+
Yes. Solo practice. No associates, no techs running portions of the visit, no rotating cast. If Dr. Mike is on vacation, you'll know when you book. The clinic is closed that week.

Can I come in for performance / training tune-ups?

+
Yes. About twenty percent of the practice is healthy athletes coming in monthly or bi-monthly for assessment, mobility, and adjustment. Pre-race, pre-event, mid-build. The cadence is up to you.

What should I wear?

+
Athletic clothing you can move in. We do a real movement screen: squat, hinge, lunge, shoulder mobility. Shorts and a t-shirt is ideal.

Do you treat kids / teens / pregnant patients?

+
Teen athletes: yes, regularly. Pre-teens: case-by-case, with parent consult. Pregnant patients: yes, co-managed with your OB, with appropriate modifications.

Where do I park?

+
There is ample parking in the strip mall lot. The clinic is easy to find. Look for Suite L-237.
